(Fargo, ND) -- The top-ranked University of Minnesota men's hockey team beat sixth-rated St. Cloud State in the N-C-A-A Regional Final in Fargo on Saturday night 4-1. The victory pushed the Golden Gophers to a second consecutive Frozen Four berth. Minnesota forward Bryce Brodzinski of Blaine was named the region's Most Outstanding Player. He scored a hat trick in Thursday's opening round win over Canisius and got the Gophers on the board first in Saturday victory over the Huskies. Logan Cooley, Jackson LaCombe, and Jaxon Nelson added goals in the Saturday victory.
